WELCOME TO GRIEF SELF-CARE


My name is Stephanie Thompson Mitchell and I’m so honored you’re here. I know first-hand what’s it’s like to experience tragic loss, leaving behind a feeling of immense sadness and uncertainty about how to move forward. During the past decade I experienced lots of loss…my daughter, sister, brother, mother, father and dear friends and family. Loss is a part of our life journey, and I have learned many lessons that I hope will be a blessing to someone else who needs support during a difficult time.

I have learned it’s important to acknowledge your grief and to give yourself time and permission to heal. Together, we’ll explore actionable steps you can take to move beyond your grief while honoring the cherished memory of your loved one. I hope that sharing my journey and insights with you will give you (or someone you’re supporting) inspiration, comfort, and a lot of hope.
